I am a PhD candidate in Economics at the University of Helsinki and Helsinki GSE. My research as an applied microeconomist lies at the intersection of household finance, public finance, and macroeconomics, focusing on how policy changes affect household beliefs and financial behavior. Specifically, I study how adjustable-rate mortgages shape the effect of monetary policy on household beliefs. Starting from October, I will be visiting the University of Cambridge.
During my PhD, I visited Dartmouth College for the academic year 2022-2023. I am affiliated with the Finnish Centre of Excellence in Tax Systems Research.
I am on the 2025-2026 job market
